    • Full solicitation and procurement of sponsorships, including sponsor communications leading up to and following event (including, for non-profits, issuance of post-event tax deduction correspondence)
    • Full management of auction, including solicitation/procurement and pick-up of auction items as well as administering check-out
    • Full service event marketing and promotion through Flourish Integrated Communications, to include:
      • Advertising (includes ad designs) and media planning/buying
      • Public Relations (press releases, media alerts, editorial/story placement and media coverage/attendance)
      • Social Media planning & management specific to the event
      • Email marketing, including creation of a custom eBlast template for the event, messaging, content development, and distribution
      • List building and cross-promotion for development/fundraising purposes
      • Graphic Design for invitation, event signage and collateral needs
      • Digital Marketing (website creation and management, SEO, digital ads)

    Soup to Nuts

    Flourish Events will provide customized event conception, strategy, and budget services to jump-start an event and set it on a track for success. Then we’ll come back in 6-8 weeks out from the event and assist in pulling everything together, applying finishing touches, and execute a polished, first-class event.
